why we love BAREFOOT WORKOUTS
We invite you to go barefoot in all of our classes—yes, including Strength & Sculpt. Our padded floors are designed to support barefoot movement, helping you strengthen the muscles, bones, and joints in your feet and ankles while improving balance and sensory awareness. Training without shoes encourages more natural foot mechanics, allowing your feet to move freely without restriction. This can help reduce pain in the knees, ankles, and hips, while also improving circulation—promoting healing and overall alignment from the ground up.
WHY WE LOVE WARM YOGA
Warm Yoga offers a balanced approach to heat and movement, encouraging muscle release and gentle detoxification without overwhelming the body’s systems. The warmth supports safe, gradual opening of muscles and connective tissues, naturally enhancing flexibility and range of motion. Intensity can be adjusted (up or down) with movement variations, making it accessible for all levels. It’s especially ideal for those new to heated yoga or sensitive to high temperatures, as it allows for steady breath, sustained focus, and reduced risk of dehydration.

They also introduce a subtle balance and core challenge, gently activating stabilizing muscles with each step, shift, and pose—encouraging body awareness and strength without added strain.
