As a NASM Certified Group Fitness Instructor and RYT200 Yoga Instructor, I bring a powerful mix of structure, energy, and heart to every class I lead. For the past five years, I’ve been proud to be part of the Uplift family—first as a dedicated athlete attending nearly every class, and now as a coach committed to helping others rise in their strength.

I’m a proud mom, and I know firsthand how important it is to carve out time for yourself—to feel strong, centered, and capable in both body and mind. Whether I’m leading a class, training at The Training Edge as a Black Belt, or tackling long-distance endurance rides on my bike, movement is my anchor and my fuel.

My goal is to make fitness empowering, fun, and sustainable—no matter where you’re starting from. Around here, we lift heavy, laugh often, and support each other every step of the way.
