With a background in strength training, yoga, and integrative nutrition, April meets you exactly where you are—holding compassionate space for growth, challenge, and transformation. This is more than a program; it’s a partnership designed to help you rise with clarity, confidence, and vitality.

Private Group Classes - minimum of 10 guests - $25 per person. Includes a 1hr session of any of our classes or a sampler of a few! *Great as part of a girl’s night out, birthday party or corporate or family event!

These sessions include guidance and accountability outside of session times to help you make lasting changes that feel good, and to help you feel supported. 

This is more than just coaching — it’s an exciting journey toward greater knowledge and control over your daily lifestyle and habits and learning to LOVE the sustainable upgrades you make! You’ll learn how to make realistic shifts that align with your goals, without the overwhelm or quick fixes. 

Through 1:1 support, practical plans and strategies, and consistent check-ins, you can begin building healthy habits that feel good, make sense, and actually stick. If you need an alternate appointment to the online schedule availability, please reach out!

Pricing

Nutrition Coaching & Accountability Session - 75 min, $140. Includes meal plan and follow up accountability check-ins throughout the week.
