A Nervous System Reset
The most nourishing two and a half hours you will spend all year!
Fascia Release • Breathwork • Tuning Fork Therapy • Yin Yoga • Sound Bath
June 20th @ 1-3:30pm
What Awaits You
This is not a class. This is not a workout. This is a rare, carefully curated two and a half hour experience where four leaders in sound healing, breathwork, movement, and energy healing come together with one shared intention: to hold you completely while your nervous system finally lets go.
You will leave lighter. More spacious. Reconnected to the version of yourself that does not run on stress and survival.
THE EXPERIENCE
-

Fascia Release
Within and around your muscles, woven through every layer of your body, is a system of connective tissue called fascia. It holds you together, and over time, it also holds everything you have been carrying. Stress, tension, long hours, emotional weight. All of it leaves an imprint. Using targeted release techniques and guided movement, this opening sequence begins unwinding that accumulation at a pace your nervous system can trust, creating genuine space in the body so that everything that follows can land even more deeply. Led by April

Breathwork
Your breath is the only autonomic function you can consciously control, and that makes it one of the most powerful tools available to you. Chronic stress locks the body into shallow, fast breathing that affects sleep, mood, digestion, and the ability to feel calm even when nothing is wrong. This session moves through two distinct phases: a gentle release breath to clear what has been held, followed by a slow, deeply supported calming breath that activates the body's natural rest response. Breathe deeper than you ever have before, and feel your entire system respond. Led by Sterling

TUning fork therapy
Tuning fork therapy works on a simple truth: your nervous system responds to sound. Using calibrated forks that emit specific frequencies near the body, this practice introduces a calm, steady signal that your nervous system naturally begins to settle into. Think of it like a tuning fork bringing an out-of-tune instrument back into alignment. What makes this unique within the experience is that tuning fork therapy does not happen in one moment and then stop. It is woven through every segment of the afternoon, from the very first breath to the final cup of tea, creating a continuous layer of support underneath everything else. Led by Kristie

Yin Yoga
Where most movement practices work with the muscles, yin works beneath them. Using long-held, passive poses that ask nothing of you except stillness, yin yoga targets the deeper layers of connective tissue that faster movement simply cannot reach. It is slow by design. The longer you stay, the more the body softens, releases, and opens. Yin is paired with the sound bath, held together as one unified experience of deep rest, active release, and full receptivity. Doing less has never given you more. Led by April

Restorative Sound Bath
A sound bath is not something you do. It is something you receive. Sound waves at specific frequencies have a measurable effect on brainwave activity, guiding the brain from its alert waking state down through alpha and into theta, the threshold where the body repairs, the nervous system resets, and the mind releases what it has been gripping. Live instruments including singing bowls, chimes, and resonant tonal tools create an immersive sonic environment that does this work entirely on your behalf. Led by Ashley

Integration & Community
Transition is its own kind of medicine. We close by coming together with intention. All four guides remain present as the space opens for quiet reflection, optional sharing, and genuine connection. A signature Infinite Love herbal tea is passed with care, grounding you gently back into your body and the present moment. Light snacks and easy community time are available for those who want to linger. There is no rush to leave what you just built. You leave not just relaxed. Settled. Whole. Ready. Led by all
